During winters our bodies are more likely to get attacked by harmful bacterias. There can be various reasons for that. People don’t bath regularly because of cold weather, a bad diet, not drinking enough water, being lazy, less workout, and tons of other reasons. 

This is why there are more cases of people being sick during winters. Though you can stop a viral issue, there are a few things that you can adapt to in order to be healthy and prevent any sickness from hitting you. The amount of nutrients that your body requires is what you need to stay healthy.

The most health food that you can consume is powdered bone broth. It is more like an all in one food that contains several vitamins and minerals that are important for your health. 

If you plan on following a healthy diet then these foods will merge perfectly in any diet that you follow. Most of these foods are low carbs because consuming excessive carbs can be harmful to your health. If you pair foods that are high in protein with those that are high in fiber then you will notice a significant change in your health.

So, instead of eating heavy doses of supplements and anti-biotics. You should eat healthy foods to prevent such things from happening in the first place. Eating healthy foods during winters will keep your body warm. 

Foods that are rich in healthy nutrients will always help in boosting your immune system. Like I mentioned before that with a healthy immune system you are more likely to stay away from harmful infections.
