The next biggest advantage of using VPN is that if there is a website, blog, or any app blocked in your country and you are not able to access that website but you want to access that website or app, Then you can use VPN on your mobile to access those websites or apps.
For this, you have to open the VPN and choose a server location of another country, after that you can easily access those blocked websites/apps in your own country.
VPNs like Nordvpn do not store any type of logs and hence they do not track those logs. They cannot see what you are searching for, what you download, etc. So nordVPN cannot give any data to any government as they themself do not store all that information.
But these types of VPNs are paid. If you use any free VPN, they may store all the above-mentioned data. If they want then they can sell all that data to any company if they offer you a good amount of money.
Even the government can access all that data. I am not against any free VPN service. I am just warning you. You can use free VPNs in banned apps to like using VPN while playing PUBG. But keep in mind that only give necessary permission to that VPN, not more than that.
